Insurance Sales Representative
Full-time · On-site & hybrid · Base salary plus uncapped commission, bonuses, and renewals.
What you'll do
- Prospect, quote, and close new auto, home, life, and commercial policies.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through reviews and referrals.
- Work warm leads from our marketing engine and your own network.
- Hit weekly activity goals and grow your book month over month.
Who we're looking for
- 2+ years of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
- Coachable, competitive, and comfortable on the phone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Property & Casualty / Life license a plus (we'll help you get licensed).
